This is the Ghost Dog soundtrack album we wanted all along: the beats and samples used in the movie. There are only three vocal cuts, all with Wu Tang, and so the album, while it isn’t enormously long (at just over 34 minutes, it is, in fact, enormously short) it has a cohesion and flow that the more widely known soundtrack album lacked.
Like the Delicatessen soundtrack (although unlike the Delicatessen soundtrack, of course, in every other imaginable respect) this was only for sale in Japan, and only relatively recently has become more widely available.
