Museum of Liverpool Life
It’s been open since 1993, but I rarely visit my home town except over xmas, so I’ve never been there. The site is pretty good, and what’s more, their Liverpool Life of the Month is currently Jack Robinson, who was the UK’s foremost professional player of the musical saw – and coincidentally, a contemporary and namesake of my grandfather. They have his saw in the museum. Must go and have a look when I next get back there… (via Plep)
